I was raised in the rolling countryside near Montreal where fresh air and open fields taught me the value of slowing down and savoring the present. My French Canadian roots bring a warmth and lightheartedness that balance beautifully with my more sophisticated, city loving side. One day you might find me hiking a quiet trail, the next slipping into an elegant dress for an evening of fine dining and indulgence.
At 5’7” with an athletic, feminine silhouette sculpted through dedicated training, I lead a lifestyle where wellness and pleasure go hand in hand. I’m equally at ease with a glass of champagne in a silk dress as I am in leggings after a morning workout. My nature is quietly magnetic, with an easy smile, a playful sense of humour, and a genuine curiosity about the world that makes people feel instantly at ease in my company.

I believe in the art of being fully present. When we’re together, you’ll have my complete attention, whether we’re sharing an unhurried dinner, losing track of time in deep conversation, or enjoying the electricity of silence. My style is low volume and selective, which means I value quality over quantity, choosing to spend my time with a select few who truly intrigue me.

A LIFE WELL LIVED
Fitness and self care are cornerstones of my world. I train five days a week, nourish myself with delicious, wholesome meals, and make space for the little luxuries that keep life beautiful, like spa days, bubble baths, and spontaneous getaways. I’m also deeply drawn to travel and culture, always eager for a passport stamp or a new taste, sight, or adventure.
Though I’m naturally more introverted, the right company draws out my radiant, bubbly side. I cherish genuine laughter, shared experiences, and the kind of moments that linger in memory long after they’ve passed.
