THE RHYTHM
To remain fully present and radiant throughout our time together, I kindly request eight hours of uninterrupted rest each night, and one to three hours of personal time each day to care for myself, move my body, connect with loved ones, or simply reset in solitude.
This rhythm allows me to bring you my most attuned and grounded self.

Before planning something meaningful across distance, I offer a virtual introduction as an opportunity to connect and align. This video call creates space to feel into our energy, answer questions, and ensure we are both moving forward with clarity and intention.
